Was very well done and thorough service. They called and asked to come on an earlier day in which we didn't have the new stove in place or converted to propane. They were ok with that and unboxed the new stove and did all the prep work on it. Did a good job on the installation and charged a decent price.

Great overall experience.  Technician was able to contact me and arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment.  Company is friendly, did a nice job, and answered all questions.  Price was good, a bit lower than other quotes I'd received.

It didn’t cost me anything it was under warranty. I think they're very clean. When I call them they are pretty responsive I usually get results either via phone call or visit. The price is being on pro bono whatever is charge.

In a rental duplex I own, the tenant called and said the A/C was not blowing cold. Dave had a guy in the area and he checked it out and provided a quick estimate. His price was better than two other estimates I had essentially paid to get (charged for a service call) from other HVAC providers in the area. His crew was back within 48 hours to put in the new A/C unit and my tenant was very impressed. I was too, the bill ended up being less than the estimate and I could not have been happier, considering I wasn't planning on replacing  a 10 year old A/C unit. I am working on another project at my home and plan to use Modern Sheet Metal for that project as well.

Jeff and his installation crew went far and above my expectations. They were prompt as I was coming off third shift. They answered any questions I had. They were professional, neat and provided several suggestions to improve my experience with my new system. When they were finished they left the jobsite very clean and neat. Upon completion they explained how to operate the system and were not going to leave until I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered about operating my new furnace.

Installation was outstanding, they cleaned up afterwards very well.  Their technicians have years of experience installing furnaces and AC units, which may be the most important part of the process.  I was impressed with the knowledge they had with the equipment.  Not much difference between brands now days from my research, but proper installation is vital.  I give these guys a thumbs up all around.

We have dealt with Modern Sheet metal for about 20 years. they had serviced our old Carrier system during the time we have lived in our current home. In all that time we have always found them to do excellent work. Now when it came time to get a new system, we decided to shop around to get the best price. We reviewed several offers from various companys in our area, in the end we found that the package that Modern Sheet metal put together was the best offer that we had recieved. That and the fact that they had been a dependable service provider for the past 20 years made us decide to go with them. We scheduled a date for the installation. The two gentleman arrived promptly at 07:30 as arranged. They went right to work, removed the A/C and old furnace and made sure everything was handled in an environmentally friendly way. They installed the new furnace and A/C and then spent time explaining to us how the new thermostat worked and critical informaton about the new system. This was a necessary exercise and an expense but we look forward to many years of efficient and environmently friendly use. Overall an excellent job was done by them.
