Eddie our salesperson was great! He listened to my concerns that I had and confirmed what I thought was the problem and expanded and found even more issues, much to our dismay. The good news was that everything was correctable. The bad news was the cost. I knew going into this project how much it was going to cost me but I was unaware of the issues so that is not Leaf Guards fault! Eddie spent about 4 hours total at my house running varying tests and showing me the products available. I really learned a lot about my issues and realized that other roofers were just willing to show up and slap a new roof on the house and not correct the issues I was concerned about. After talking with Eddie and being educated I knew that Leaf Guard would solve my issues. The scheduling guys were great. They kept me in the loop as to when they expected to be there and called me with weekly updates. They were about three weeks out at the time. With weather we got bumped back a couple of days but was called promptly to make sure it was alright with our schedule. Very professional! The first day Lucas, Diaz and the crew showed up at 7am, just like promised, stripped the roof down, replaced some decking, put in a new skylight, and re-roofed the hose. They were done by 4pm including clean up. Unreal!! It looks beautiful!! The next day Corey and crew showed up at little after 7am, just like promised and ripped off the old gutters and installed the new Leaf Guard gutters. They were done by 11:30 or so. Again unreal and beautiful job. Now all we need is our new Dr. Energy insulation which is coming in the next month or so and I think all of my mold issues, and heat loss/heat gain issues will be solved. I will update after the insulation gets done.
You will not find a better crew of folks or more professional people top down. I could not recommend them any better. The work speaks for itself!! Again I will update after the insulation gets done....can't wait.
Update**** WE got our Dr Energy a few weeks later and it was done beautifully and on time. It has been a mild fall so hard to say if it will make a difference this winter but I can't wait.
The gutters work great! When you get a monsoon it works better than my previous gutters so I am very happy with these!

Poorly. One worker admitted he was inexperienced. The basement work was not completed. The more experienced worker said that I should have a tremendous reduction in my estimated costs, because they were unable to insulate the walls. Fees were reduced only by $200 for a job estimated at about $1800. A vacuum used in the attic was not working properly and blew dust and insulation into my computer room, which was not cleaned up. They drilled two holes through basement woodwork into a stone & masonry foundation, after I showed them where the stone wall existed... directly behind the wood boards. They did not patch holes, and left drilling pieces on the floor. Two supervisors from Dr. Energy Saver came and spoke to the workers for approximately 1 1/2 hours, thus the work dragged on into the afternoon and was not completed on time.

I have been replacing all my gutters with LeafGuard gutters the past couple of years. I couldn't afford to do the house and garage at one time. Very prompt. Called to let me know when they would be out to make the gutters and then kept me informed on when they would be installed. Very pleased with the gutters as I have trees on the 3 sides of my property. I used to have to clean my gutters several times through out the year. Now I don't have to clean my new gutters out at all. Very good quality and heavy duty.

The job went great! The installers were professional, and polite. They worked very hard to successfully remove some leaf clogs in the gutters with a pressure machine. We have a large three story home, so this was not a job for the faint of heart! We were very happy!

The experience was excellent. They went out of their way to do things for me, and didn't charge. They put flashing on my house, that I had just asked for a piece of metal and they put it for me, so that it would match. Their product would not fit, so they went out and bought a better product and put it in for me. They did an excellent service. They were very expensive.

The job went very well. The gutters were formed the day before the scheduled installment. They went up without a problem. We have a steel roof and our regular gutters kept gettting torn off by the snow slides. Leafguard came thru the winter with no apparent damage from the snow and ice.

Gutters went up with no problem and are working as described. We have a large home so the work was pricey by we expected that. Sales person was very knowledgeable and not pushy (that was important to us). We did have a few others come out for bids but they didn't have the type of gutters that would help our situation. The workforce left no garbage or junk behind when they left. If you are considering this organization I would recommend them. A+ to this group.
