Very well. Representative from Kramer came to our duplex prior to our move to evaluate what we needed done and we got a written estimate within a couple of days. We agreed on a moving date and movers arrived on time and prepared for what they needed to do, which included bringing a very heavy treadmill (among other things) up from the basement and maneuvering it around a fairly narrow corner. They were polite, neat, and took appropriate precautions to protect furniture and floors.
