Very well!  Brian Keys & assistant did a very meticulous & neat job.  Brian works extremely fast & is very detailed!  Brian also worked with me on a pipe whining situation in house & determined it was a worn out balancing shower valve at end of house.

Very well! Called Keyes because I have had great luck & service with them historically, & water heater was leaking. Had commitments that day. Representative was out almost immediately! Replaced water heater with highly rated A.O. Smith model & removed all old equipment & mess.

Made the mistake of not asking for a quote, then received the bill later.  This type of service should only cost $100-140.  It's a $5 part and he replaced it  in 20 minutes.  Service tech was very nice and did a good job, but this type of price gouging is unacceptable in my opinion.

Tub faucet was frozen with lime deposits. Cranking on fitting would break faucet requiring costly demo of tiled wall.  Plumber was very cautious and experienced.

They were excellent. You couldn't ask for any better. They went above and beyond what they were asked to do. They gave advice, gave a low-cost solution to it and they did everything very professionally. He came in the middle of the night the first time to take a look at the job.

It took about 3 hours, they replaced all the valves and older plumbing, helped with some difficutlies.

This was a big job, with the creation of a new 3 by 5 foot shower, whirlpool tub, all new plumbing, fixtures, etc.  They worked with us from the planning right through to the end.  All sub-contractors arranged by them were professional and took pride in their craftsmanship. Our new bathroom is beautiful. We would not hesitate for a minute to go to Keyes Plumbing again!

I decided I was going to find somebody else next time I needed a plumber

We purchased our own parts.  The estimate was done by one person and the work by another.  The bath tub drain was replaced.  A linen closet was taken out to get to the pipes to replace the shower, water and drain opener.  When completed the person doing the work did not test the shower head, which leaked.  Also the knob that controlled our water in the shower had a lot of play in it.  When mention to the plumber he simply stated that he had noticed this.  The plumber did come back and fixed the leak from the shower head.  I also then called Keyes and complained that there was a lot of play in the faucet, they did come out and look at it.  It was determined that the part in the knob was wrong and it was a manufacture problem.  We called and got the right part but my husband had to then install it because it was not offered that they would come back and install the part without cost.
I was pleased that Keyes responded to my calls. They were friendly and professional in the customer care.  I did think that the plumber should have checked the shower head before leaving and should have determined the faucet was flawed and helped us find a solution.  This job took 4 visits to our home which easily could have been accomplished in two. .

He was helpful. He pointed out areas in my home that needed to be updated.

Glen determined that I had a faulty thermostat/electronic control unit and told me it should still be under warranty from Richmond.He had me contact Richmond and they sent out a new unit (it was covered by warranty).
I was off the day I recieved the unit so I drained the water heater and replaced the unit my self.
I was charged for Glenn's time, the replacement sensor and some misc supplies.
I used a coupon they had posted on Angie's List for $21.00 savings on a trip charge.

  As always a job well done.

PERFECT (I had a hot shower again).
