Their technicians correctly troubleshot and fixed the problem in a single morning. They bled the brake lines, replaced the rotors, installed loaded calipers, changed the oil and filter, safety inspection and checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Parts came with a 36month/36,000mile warranty. Even vacuumed the interior. All for $600. The owner even took me back and patiently walked me through the repair and showed me the damage from the calipers on the old discs. They're very careful and selective what parts they use for replacements. This type of customer service and turn around time would have been much more expensive at any other shop I've been to. If people complain that they're on the expensive side, it's only because of the quality parts they put in. They stand behind their work 100% and wouldn't be able to if they used bottom shelf discounted parts. The only thing I hope they change in the future is reporting to CarFax. I would like to have that vehicle maintenance history on record to help with the resale value of the car. Since I keep meticulous vehicle records myself I won't reduce my rating since I can myself provide that.

I go to JJs for nearly all my auto maintenance and repairs.  The wife had been worried about the brakes for about 6 months, because another shop told her they looked bad.  So I asked John, last minute (before my wife has a trip on Monday), if they were able to replace the rear brakes on Friday.  He said it wouldn't be a problem.  After I hung up, I called back and added a LOF.  Again, no problem.  Come Friday morning, I drop the car off after 8am, they give me a ride to work, and call back near lunch explaining that the radiator has a leak, rated 2-3 on a scale of 5.  Had an esimate ready and said they could get that done as well.  I was only expecting to pay $300 or so for the brakes, but I was OK with paying up the extra $560 or so for the radiator.  I trust John, Jeff, and Charlie to look out for me on all my vehicle issues.

I have submitted many Angie List reviews and this will go down as my highest rating.  I cannot say enough good things about this business.  They have been performing service on all my vehicles for years after I got tired of the run-a-round and high prices from the dealerships.  They are extremely responsive.  I have never had to wait more than a day or two for an appointment and they also finish their repairs promptly.  Their communication before, during and after a repair is excellent.  The quality of their workmanship is second to none.  They will not charge you for their work if they cannot trouble shoot a problem.  They refuse to do unnecessary work which would result in a higher cost to the customer.  Many times I thought they should have charged me more than they did.  Their prices are competitive and fair.  They are certified by AAA.
Jeff and John (owners) are heavily involved in their business, doing much of the work themselves.  You can tell they have great pride in the operation and they have a great reputation which is well deserved.  Dennis (manager) is the nicest person I have ever met.  He treats his customers with professional respect and seems genuinely concerned about the well being of each individual that walks through the door.
JJ's will have my business for life!

I made an appointment to wait while they performed an oil change on my car. They were friendly, courteous and prompt. They always check the filters and fluids, perform a basic safety inspection, vacuum the interior, and road test the vehicle for  no additional charge. I am extremely pleased with this business. We bring our cars here for all auto maintenance and repair.
