The man who did the cleaning was the owner, his wife was taking the phone calls and relaying one to him while he was here, they were very kind and loving to each other on the phone. The carpets looked wonderful. I almost didn't do it becuz they are 10 yrs. old and they need to be replaced, you know builder beige. I even had him clean a throw rug 5 x 7 that also needed replacing, but I thought "why not", he said he would do it for 25$, sounded good to me. The carpets did have to dry, but all you need to do is plan ahead and get some fans. I was extremely pleased w his work and professionalism, that seems to go out the window these days. I think since it was a mom and pop operation they had a vested interest and it showed. Call them!!!
