"We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Drucks has been in business for over 73 years and pride ourselves on how we do business by providing an upfront price without a surprise bill. As you have stated, our customer service representative made you aware that the service call fee is $59 which gets a trained professional to your door with a fully stock truck. From there our gentlemen would provide upfront pricing, in writing, prior to doing any work. With that being said, our trained professional provided upfront pricing for a level 1 diagnostic before he could further investigate the problem with your boiler system. At that time you had the opportunity to either accept or decline, and you chose for us to investigate further and indicated so by signing and authorizing us to proceed for the agreed upfront price."

"We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We take great pride in the service we provide. The plumber who was on your job is sure that he did not remove the fitting that you asked about. The picture you provided appears to show that the valve was replaced and the fitting was not removed. As previously stated, there would be no reason to remove the fitting you inquired about. We did not threaten you. We were upfront that we would be happy to come out to inspect it, and if the fitting showed evidence of being removed and reinstalled, we would replace it at no cost. However, if it was determined that the fitting had not been removed, the cost to do so, would be your responsibility. This is in no way intended to be threatening, it is intended to be clear as to what the expectations are so that neither party has a surprise or misunderstanding. Again, we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. We encourage you to bring up any concerns you have without delay. FYI. calling people names and cursing at them, is very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. Furthermore it does not typically yield favorable results."

"Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We have been serving the valley for the past 70 years and take great pride in our work. We received your request for service on 3/15/17 at 8:28AM. We scheduled an appointment for the following day at 9:00AM, and we arrived to your home at 8:45AM. The $59 service call fee was discussed prior to booking the service request. Furthermore the service call fee and the upfront cost of the work were both signed for before we started the work. If the price of the work wasn't agreeable, there is always an option to decline the work. Hearing a customers displeasure is always disappointing, but hearing about it 7 months later is even worse."
