Mark was very thorough and spent alot of time and effort looking at the home we were going to purchase, he spent over 4 hours checking everything out.  'DETAILS' is a great name for his company as he was extremely detail orientated.  He spent time answering our questions and showing us how everything works in the new house.

I was throughly impressed with Mark Poulter of Details Home Inspection. I am an Active Duty service member who is currently across country while I am purchasing a home in Oshkosh. I had to rely on Mark to provide me a thorough report and debriefing to address any areas of concern with the property I am purchasing. Mark did an excellent job and was very responsive! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Mark conducted a telephonic debriefing me with me after emailing me a detailed report of his findings. He was thorough and provided sound advice! Mark's detailed home report was impressive; color photos, recommended areas that could be improved even when a deficiency was not noted (i.e. minor painting of exterior window). The radon testing Mark conducted identified a major issue that required mitigation. Mark explained what type of system would work best and provided a ball park figure for repair costs. His estimate was exactly what the technician we hired quoted. I will definitely use Details Home Inspection again!
