We had several estimates for a backyard patio. ArtScapes Concrete Inc., owned by Rick Rates and Mike LeBlanc, gave us the best price and a beautiful end result! They assisted us with the patio layout and suggested concrete pavers as a decorative boarder - which really enhanced the overall look. Both men have many years of experience in flatwork. Their knowledge and expertise in this area gave us confidence in the quality of their work. They did not disappoint us!
