I wouldn't use them again. They seemed like there might be someone better out there. I'm not sure about their expertise.

Have used All Brands for repairs on appliances I own and have had no issues there, in fact they have been very quick and a plessure to work with.
This review is for their used appliance sales portion of their business. I purchased a used dryer from All Brands and when I brought it home I found the lint screen does not fit -- they also don't have any lint screens that fit in stock and I brought it back as I needed it done quickly for a tenant moving in. I exchanged it for a different dryer and brought it to the house. The dryer worked for about 10 minutes before it kicked off and would not turn back on. I called All Brands and they quickly came out and informed me it was a bad timer and it would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. A few days later I called and was told they are not going to order it as it costs too much and they are looking for a used one. About a week later I called again and they can't find it and told me they will have to wait until one comes in sometime in the future (who knows when this will be). I told them its not okay to give me no ETA on repair and they need to swap it out since they can't or don't want to repair it. They told me to come pick one out and that they would charge me $75 to bring it out and take the old one back.
To me the $75 fee is BS as the dryer was under their warranty and they will repair items on site but if they decide its too much cost for them to repair, then you need to pay them to bring a different unit. They did not seem to care about this double standard and the fact that it is their choice to not repair the unit with a new part. I was also told I broke it and I was trying to scam them -- very unprofessional and not sure why they would act like this when their normal repair business and technicians seem to be so professional.
Bottom line is I recommend their repair services, but don't touch their used appliances with a ten foot pole.

We were very pleased with All Brand's service. Their name is appropriate because we have a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and we were struggling to find someone who could work on that brand until we talked with All Brands. Since the refrigerator is over 20 years old, we didn't want to spend a lot of money repairing it but hoped to keep it working until we complete a planned renovation of our kitchen next year. All Brands said replacing the compressor might be the permanent fix, but recommended recharging the refrigerant as a lower cost approach that might keep it running for another year. It has worked great for the two months since the repair was done.

The process went very well. They got here quickly. The old problem I had took them a little longer and a hard way to come her for the second visit. I would recommend them to anyone and they know their job very well. They did really well on everything.
