We called Riverside Plumbing LLC and they set up a time they would be at our home and called 20 minutes prior to the designated time and said they'd be here within 10 minutes and they were.
The plumber came in and spent about an hour and a half working on our various issues. He replaced the ones he found to be defective with the ones the manufacturer supplied.
My wife mentioned that the sewer smell in our home was a real problem and we wanted it fixed. The Riverside Plumbing man suggested that we could have a smoke test done on our home to determine if we had proper venting. We asked them to get back to us with a price and we would move forward.
1 week later a gentleman ( Travis) came to our home because we still had the odor and wanted to find a solution.
Travis did an extensive examination of our plumbing system and found the problem that was easily solved. He fixed it and the smell went away.
We asked when we could expect the bill and how much it might be?
To our surprise and elation he said there would be no charge. We were quite impressed by his company's integrity.
