We learned that we needed a new holding tank installed with just 2 weeks to go until we closed on our house we were selling. We were moving out of state and also had a house to close on there that we were in danger of losing. Andy made our project a priority so we could close on time. The most excellent customer service ever! All workers were very polite and did a great job! The project was completed and we will be moving on time! My wife and I can't even begin to express how grateful we are to Andy! Seriously he has been a life-saver!! Highly recommend!

I have had the sewage grinder pump alarm go off twice. Both times ASI made it out the same day even though I am far from their location. The second time the alarm went off, ASI fixed the pump free of charge even though my pump was out of warranty. Very reliable and will make sure you are taken care of.

I contacted Andy from Area Septic Installation Inc. because I was selling my house and the septic system did not pass the inspection.  I normally contact 3 providers to get the best price.  Andy was the only one to call me back and to come out to the house.  Andy was very friendly, and provided me with great information and no hassle/pressure bid.  Because I was selling the house there was a tight deadline on getting the work done.  The time of year that I needed the work done is extremely busy and the weather did not cooperate.  Andy also took time to explain to me some of the deceptive practices in this line of work and cautioned me not to become victimized.  I thought that in and of itself was remarkable that he gave me this information so I would not become victimized.  Andy showed up on the day he said he would be there, and got to work immediately.  Andy knew that I was on a tight deadline to close and he worked long and extra hours to get the job done.  His price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Andy did everything to make this as easy as possible, and did a great job.  When the work was completed Andy wanted me to come check the work to make sure it was up to my satisfaction before he left.  Andy had the yard looking great back to its natural look.

In spite of the bitter cold, he worked with the City to locate the problem areas and had the proper equipment to remove the blockages. He kept us informed of what was happening the entire period and that when the weather warmed up he'd return to re-test its operation and put a insulation ring in to prevent it from happening again. Andy was professional, fairly priced and we highly recommend ASI to all in need of his services.

Andy was very responsive and professional. My tenant notified me in the evening that he couldn't use any water in the house. And that he would spend the night at his parents house. The next morning I called Andy. He came out a few hours later to assess the problem. Due to the location of my grinder pump from the road Andy needed a longer hose or cable that is rarely used to reach the clogged area of my pipe. Andy went out and purchased the hardware needed for my problem knowing that he will probably never have an application where he will use this equipment again. The following day the temperature was questionable but Andy still showed up and used the equipment in the freezing cold and drained the flooded grinder pump and unclogged the waste pipe.

Alarm on my grinder pump went off Sunday night,called ASI 9:00 at night, had a service tech ,Joe at my house 8am Monday morning. Pump was only 3 years old and ended up having a bad control unit that Joe took out of the middle of the pump.Joe had all necessary parts to fix on the spot which was fantastic. Details. Pressure line was frozen near the main sewer line causing the alarm to sound.
- Attempted to thaw blockage by pushing hot water down pipe with steam cleaner but there was too much ice.
- Dug down 6' by the shut valve to thaw pipe. Now that some work.
- Cleaned up after the job and we couldn't be happier.

Our lake home warning light alerted us that we had a pump issue within the lateral that feeds to the municipal sewer line. During one of the deepest freeze winters in WI history, our lateral had frozen. We called this company pleading for assistance, and they were on-site within 2 hours. They located and worked the valves without success. Ultimately they used pressurized to steam to free the lines The reasons I would use them again are simple - Great communication, prompt response, professionally equipped, and the personal attention of the owner - Andy. He assessed the situation and personally monitored every step while communicating with me as to what they had done, and were planning next. They stayed on task with my project despite many other customer requests given the weather. Excellent! I was very impressed with Andy's approach to the process. He was careful to explain costs to me throughout, and there were no surprises. In fact, I felt his billing was conservative and more than fair. We called them and they were out within an hour or two. The owner was out of town for vacation but he sent out a helper. His helper was very honest and polite. We had a question regarding the cost but we checked around and found out the price was even better with AREA SEPTIC INSTALLATION INC. When he owner came back from vacation he came over and sat down with us and was willing to back up his pricing and work if we werent satisified. He is just an honest and ethical worker.

Andy Huss was extremely helpful in every stage of the project. His website is geared toward educating his prospective clients with practical information about how septic systems work, why they fail, and what options are available. He made multible visits to my home prior to being awarded a contract, to help advise me, and listen to my concerns, about replacing my existing failed system. My project was extremely complex and required a lot of creativity and preplanning. Because of state regulations, I had to move my private well to make adequate space for my new septic field. Andy even cleaned up and re-landscaped the areas disturbed by the well digger. Ultimately he soothed my concerns over the costs and restoration of my property. Not only was his bid the lowest of all of the contractors I interviewed, but also included the most services. His policy is to give a guaranteed price which will not change after your acceptance unless you change the services you want. His bid is for the complete job and there are not any surprises midway through or after completion.

Dug up my old sewer line because there was a break. They dug out about 25 feet and took out the old cast iron line and disconnected it and repaired the break. he put anew connection on there and then dug it deeper for the grade and then laid new plastic from the house through 25 feet out by the grinder pump and then connected everything and inspected it. He also did the back fill and the top soil. Tested the pump and reconnected everything. He did a wonderful job. he was a lot cheaper than the first estimate....He saved me a lot of money. he came out right away to fix the problem.

They have pulled together to make the job run smoothly, they have listen to our comments and have been very responsive to our needs. They clean up daily.

ANDY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY IN THE EVENING TO COME UP WITH THE ESTIMATE! ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE. MINOR MIX-UP ON PROPERTY LINE RESULTED IN A MILDLY IRATE NEIGHBOR AFTER HIS LAWN WAS DRIVEN ON BY A BACKHOE. DAVE, THE BACKHOE OPERATOR, WAS AN ARTIST- EXCELLENT! BOTH VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and HAPPY TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. THEY STAYED 2ND DAY UNTIL IT WAS DONE, ABOUT 7:30 PM!! THEY ONLY NEEDED 1 TREE TAKEN OUT FOR THE SYSTEM.
