TWO CHICKS & A BROOM

Have had them for a couple years now and are happy with them. The one gal lives a couple miles from here and has a key to the house incase we are not home. Then the 2 of them can get in and start the cleaning thing here.

We have had them come over once a month for a little over 2 years now and have been satisfied with the service. Due to health reasons we have asked them to help us with some extra stuff not related to cleaning. They said no problen and did it with out extra charges. They are happy and smiling and work well together. Have recomended them to friends.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I HAD EXPLAINED TO THEM WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM THAT IT WAS A VERY LARGE JOB, VERY DIRTY AFTER REMODEL WORK WAS DONE. THEY REPLIED THEY LIKED THE CHALLENGE AND THE MORE WORK THE BETTER. I MET THEM AT THE HOUSE, TWO DAYS PRIOR TO MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY MOVING IN, AND SHOWED THEM EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY SAID THEY COULD DO IT. WHEN I RETURNED LATER THAT DAY, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY MOPPED THE FLOORS WITH DIRTY WATER, BECAUSE EVERYTHING HAD A CHALKY LOOK TO IT. THE WOODWORK WASN'T WIPED DOWN AND THE WINDOWS WERE DUSTY FROM THE REPAIR WORK TOO. I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK AND THEY WORKED ON IT AGAIN THEN TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED SPECIAL CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE DRYWALL DUST OFF OF THE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND WOODWORK. THEY REFUNDED ME $25.00 IN THE MAIL AND WOULDN'T ANSWER MY CALLS.
