Rick was right on schedule and did his usual great job.

They are on time and punctual and they usually send out the same guys every spring and fall. We have an annual maintenance package and they are very professional. We would highly recommend them.

Went very well. They included a digital thermostat at no charge. Thermostat can be controlled via wi-fi from anywhere. The owner made a special trip back to our house a week after the install to go over more of the thermostat functions.

So happy we found this company on Angie's list. We had an appointment less than a week after the initial call. Rick was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he had done and answered questions. Will definitely be using them again - this was A-1 service.

In 2015, we had four companies come out to estimate replacement of our 23 year old furnace and air conditioner. At that time we decided to wait one more year. In 2016, we decided it was time to replace the the furnace and A/C. We decided to asked Tri-Town Heating and A/C back since we liked what we heard as well as three other heating and A/C companies that we did not have come out in 2015. Craig from Tri-Town came out to quote. It was not a pressure sale talk. He was professional, informative, and friendly. We felt very comfortable going with Tri-Town and they had a very competitive quote. The whole process was positive. The estimate, the scheduling, the installation. Rick and Ed performed a great installation.. Professional and friendly. They included us in any decisions that needed to be made during the process. They were great. They also gave us instructions on how to operate the equipment. They cleaned up 100% . I would not have know they were there. All is all a very positive experience. The city inspector gave it a "job well done" and included the comment they they always do great work. I would use them again

They came out and explained the different a/c units.  They gave me a proposal with a quote. I made appointment. They came 10 minutes early and worked until done.  Nice job. New a/c is quiet. Professional sales , professional installer.

Tri-Town Heating and A/C was a very refreshing experience after dealing with many contractors.  From the initial phone call, they were extremely professional and personable.  They scheduled an appointment for me within a week, and the serviceman, Rick promptly showed up during the appointed time.  I had called for a simple Furnace tune-up and servicing.  He checked everything out, cleaned the furnace thoroughly, and then provided a CO check.  After all was done, he explained the service, and then took the time to give me some tips for the A/C unit outside.  I have dealt with many contractors who never call back, fail to meet any appointments, or are just plain unprofessional on the phone.  Tri-town heating was none of that, they were everything I hoped for and better than expected.

Excellent service! We needed a new air conditioning unit installed as ours finally failed after 16 years. They were able to get us in within a day which is unbelievable. Install technician was professional and meticulous. Even fixed some things he noticed while doing the install that weren't part of the plan and I wasn't charged extra for. Overall, we are very pleased and would use them again (plan to for all the maintenance in the future).

Excellent. Highly recommend this service. I selected them because a previous owner of the house had kept paperwork on them, and I knew she had maintained the house well. The person we used on home warranty was adequate at best.
Rick came out in a punctual manner. Very polite, very thorough, Our home had an air exchange system and I was intimidated by it. He showed me how to use it, showed my how to change filters, and told me about it's benefits. He was very patient, and explained everything he was doing or going to do.
I now feel like everything is up to par. Yes, I will contact them for maintenance!

They are very professional. They are always on time. They get in within a good amount of time. They also do a good job. Their prices are very reasonable. I used them when I remodeled my basement, and they did a good job.

Tri-Town Heating and Air Conditioning was a great company to work with. From the time we called to the time they came for the estimate was less than a week. From the time of the estimate to installation was another week. They were polite, friendly and straight forward.

RAY WAS MY SERVICE MAN. HE WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND WAS VERY NEAT. HE ALSO GAVE ME SOME TIPS ON GETTING BETTER AIR CIRCULATION AND EFFICIENCY FROM MY FURNACE. I APPRECIATED THIS, ESPECIALLY WITH GAS PRICES GOING UP AND MY THERMOSTAT GOING DOWN.
