The Buyers Eyes Home Staging

Simply fantastic, from start to finish! Mary provided amazing suggestions that allowed us to showcase our home in a beautiful way that we had never envisioned. She was very detailed and extremely knowledgeable about the industry, and about what buyers are looking for. She excels at using the visual form - through furniture placement, color schemes, and lighting - to create a mood of elegance and charm for potential buyers (and current owners ;). In fact, our staged home looked so great that we had to really consider whether we actually wanted to sell it. She rented us some items that would have cost us much more to purchase, and that were key to creating a successful look (though she was careful to try to use all of our available items first). After we completed the staging, she returned to take very professional and beautiful pictures of our home, which were formatted so our realtor could post them in MLS. 
We hired Mary proactively, because we had already purchased another home, and wanted to sell ours quickly. The result? Our home was flooded with showings (16 in the first 2 days), and we had four highly competitive offers on the second day. Mary's services were the best return on our investment that we made throughout the entire process of preparing our home for sale, and were absolutely central to our rapid success. We will be hiring Mary to do a move-in consultation at our new home, given that after we made her recommended changes to our current home, we wondered why we were not always living that way ;).
