+ -1 moreHe is an excellent builder. It involved lots of new technologies that were new to him because I have an insulated concrete form house and I have a steel roof and I have geothermal heat with all the green stuff. He and his crew just did an excellent job of building a house for me and in fact, if I call him up, he comes and he helps me if I run into some home owner's problem I can't solve on my own. I moved in in September of 2010. We started planning in February of 2009. It took us a bit to get it done because we had to get steel beams and there were really strange things. I was lucky I was in my old house so I was not in any hurry to move. For an ordinary house, he would finish much faster than that, I'm sure. He's my adopted child.
