+ 0 moreWe love our new bathroom! Bruce and Scott did an excellent job, as did their plumbing and electric subcontractors. They were very good to work with and kept us updated on how things were going. They were efficient and responsive, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up every day. We will go to them first with any future projects.
Description of Work: This was complete construction of a small bathroom in our basement, including cracking the floor to install plumbing for new toilet, sink and shower, plus walls and drywall finishing, woodwork and door. We did the painting ourselves and supplied the sink, vanity and medicine cabinet. We also had them remove an old concrete double sink and install a new single tub in the laundry area, which involved moving the washer and changing the plumbing in that area.

+ -1 moreTHREE FACTORS MADE RAYSONS STAND OUT. IN THE BIDDING PROCESS, THEY PROVIDED THE MOST DETAILED PROPOSAL OF WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH PRICES FOR EACH. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF ANTICIPATING THE UNEXPECTED IN THE BID PROCESS. THE FEW SURPRISES THAT AROSE WERE RAPIDLY BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITH OPTIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR OUR DECISION. WORK PROCEEDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PUNCH LIST AT COMPLETION WAS NEARLY NONEXISTENT--THEY KNEW WHAT ITEMS NEEDED FINAL ATTENTION AND ADDRESSED THEM WITHOUT WAITING TO BE TOLD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! PROFESSIONAL! WELL USE THEM ON OUR NEXT PROJECT!
Description of Work: COMPLETELY REMODELED KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM IN A 1939 HOUSE. INCORPORATED 1970 FOUR SEASONS ROOM INTO THE MAIN BODY OF THE HOME. TOOK ALL DOWN TO STUDS AND COMPLETELY REBUILT ADDING TRAY CEILING, NEW CUSTOM KITCHEN CABINETS, NEW WINDOWS, FIXTURES AND MATCHING OUTSIDE TRIM AND SIDING TO EXISTING.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A MAJOR REMODELING PROJECT(AN ADDITION WITH GARAGE AND BEDROOMS) AFTER SPENDING AT LEAST AN HOUR WITH ME REVIEWING MY PLANS THEY SAID I WOULD GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I PHONED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING THEM TO CALL,BUT I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.

+ -1 moreEVERY NIGHT, WHILE THE WORK WAS GOING ON, I HEARD FROM BRUCE, GIVING ME AN UPDATE ON WHAT HAD HAPPENED DURING THE DAY AND WHAT WAS PROJECTED TO BE DONE THE NEXT DAY. BRUCE AND HIS BROTHER SCOTT WORKED IN THE HOUSE WHILE I WAS AT WORK. BRUCE WROTE THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AND AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, WE CAME IN UNDER BUDGET.
Description of Work: PARTITIONED BASEMENT TO FORM THREE ROOMS -- FULL BATH, REC ROOM AND BEDROOM. TOOK PROJECT FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION IN 6 WEEKS. ARRANGED, SCHEDULED AND SUPERVISED PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND FLOOR COVERING SUBCONTRACTORS AND DID ALL BUILDING AND FINISHING WORK THEMSELVES.
