Our furnace was out and the service man came over and did a super job in getting us up and running again.

He was prompt. He was efficient. He explained everything. I think the price was fair. He did good work. We're still cool. He's always handled our emergencies on time. He's always come in a timely manner. They just do a good job. Ralph's is great.

Their services were great. They were very thorough, understanding, and had a good price. He always answered his phone and was very helpful.

I was able to schedule work quickly, ready for the next heat wave.

I am very disappointed that Ralph's was not more proactive in diagnosing my ac problem. They made no offer or attempt to re-examine my ac to see what had caused it to abruptly stop working. They relied solely on their prior report and said they could install a new unit within one week at a cost of more than $6,000. When I asked if the job qualified for an energy repate, they said no, that my condo was not constructed to accomodate the required air exchanger. I then called another company for a second opinion and estimate. The second company replaced the transformer, which immediately brought my ac back to working condition. They then tested freon pressure, which was good, indicating no leak. They showed me an exposed pipe that was causing a condensation leak adjacent to the evaporator pan, which they eliminated by wrapping the pipe with insulating tape. My ac has worked perfectly since this service call, which cost less than $200 including all parts and labor. Although my ac is an old unit and not energy-efficient, I will delay installing a new one as long as it remains operational. I have read that the cost of the newer models will likely drop further as more of them entere the market. More importantly, I hope that new, non-freon equipment that meets energy star specifications will be perfected before I need to replace it. I hope to avoid spending more than $6000 on a new ac that does not even meet energy-rebate standards.

It went very well. Both people who came were very professional and worked fast and effectively. The receptionist who I worked with on the phone was really great, friendly and accommodating. We did have to reschedule a few times because there was a heat-wave. This may have been an issue if I had to have taken off work to be there, but I was at home that day anyway.

I was really impressed with the whole experience. Very professional. I called several times with questions. They were respectful and took the time to help me out.

WHEN CALLING THE OFFICE, CINDY IS ALWAYS SUCH A PLEASURE TO TALK WITH AND IS VERY ACCOMODATING. JEREMY WAS OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND DID A GREAT JOB. NOT ONLY WAS JEREMY PUNCTUAL, BUT PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY TOO. I WILL BE SURE TO REFER RALPH'S TO CLIENTS IN NEED OF HVAC SERVICES IN THE FUTURE! GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU!
