THEY COME TO YOU. I CALLED AND SCHEDULED THEM TO CHANGE MY CAR OIL WHILE I WAS AT WORK. THEY SCHEDULED ME WITHIN TWO DAYS AND IT WAS SO CONVENIENT. I GAVE THEM MY HOURS OF WORK AND THEY CAME WHILE I WAS THERE. IT WAS GREAT NOT HAVING TO MAKE AN EXTRA TRIP SOMEWHERE TO DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY CAR. THEY OFFER MONEY OFF COUPONS FOR SUBSEQUENT SERVICE AND EVEN YEARLY PACKAGES. THEY DO MORE THAN CHANGE OIL.
