 + -1 moreWe are still in process today. The closing date is Aug 1st. My rating is based upon the prompt, professional and competitive service received so far in setting up the needed transactions. This has been handled over the phone and via internet without a hitch.
Description of Work: Performing title search, providing title insurance, GAP insurance, holding escrow money's and handling the closing for sale of my home. This was a FSBO (For Sale by Owner) transaction, so no real estate company was involved.

 + -1 moreThe company didn't respond at all after giving me a quote. My refinance is being delayed because I need to switch title agents after Milwaukee Title ignored all messages and calls from my refinance company and me. The company was the lowest price- and I can see why. I am baffled at this company's complete lack of responsiveness
Description of Work: Gave me a quote and I said I'd like to use them. My refinance company called them three times and I left two messages. None of the calls or messages were returned.
