We were very happy with Kowalkowski plumbing. He is very courteous and hard working. He was conscientious in protecting our house from debris. He made sure the job was done right and did a thorough clean up. The price was very fair. We would highly recommend him.

They are very good. They do excellent work. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

The service was great. He was quick and encountered a makeshift repair which he resolved right away. He also took off the shower head and was able to clean it, reusing the same one, instead of replacing it. He was punctual, pleasant, did the job quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Kowalkowski came out to the house and fixed both faucets in under an hour. Excellent service and significantly less than I thought I was going to spend. Definitely would call again.

They're very responsive to your calls. We have also used them at our church, and they're always there. They answer your calls right away. If you get an answering machine, they call you back within an appropriate amount of time.

The main thing is you can trust him. He is very down to earth and goes right to work. If he has any trouble at all he will call me. He is very respectful about being in my home and professional about cleaning up his mess. I trust him like I would my brother.

Owner-operated business. Jim was on time and professional in his work, including clean-up. Replaced the lower thermostat and unit now provides all the hot water we want.

I OVER PRESSURIZED MY WATER TANK. HE FIGURED OUT THAT I MUST HAVE KNOCKED RUST LOOSE FROM THE PIPES AND THE RUST CLOGGED THE PIPES. HE CLEARED THE RUST OUT. HE ALSO RESET THE PRESSURE READINGS ON THE TANK. IT HAD BEEN 30/50 AND HE CHANGED IT TO 40/60, INCREASED THE PRESSURE. I HATE A WEAK STREAM OF WATER, SO IT WAS NICE TO HAVE GREATER PRESSURE. I THINK HE IS CHEAPER THAN OTHER PLUMBERS. I THINK HE TRIED TO GET A GOOD PRICE ON PARTS. HE DOESN'T DO MORE THAN WHAT IS NECESSARY.

THEY ARE A FATHER AND SON TEAM. THEY WERE CORDIAL AND DID A GOOD JOB.
