Terrible, the 3 month project took nearly 7 full months. Gerry the owner is way behind on paying his subs, many of which are now knocking on our door asking for payment. Just received notification from material supplier that they are going to place a lien on our house if we don’t pay now because Gerry did not. Numerous items we had to purchase on our own because they were behind on accounts and could not pick up materials on their own.

It was a horrible experience. They did lousy work, made many mistakes, and lied to me multiple times. I recommend staying away from them.

Beautiful! The windows were in sooner than we had expected and the Klamco installer called to set up an appointment. He installed the windows with care, cleaned up his mess, and even ran out to the local home improvement store to get some touch up paint for a small area on the exterior where the old windows had chipped. We have had the windows for a year and half now and couldn't be happier. We look forward to ordering windows for our next project.
