The best thing she did was clean my oven and if that was worth $75, then I got a good deal. But there was no wet mopping of any floors. I at least expected the kitchen to be damp mopped at the end. Overall it wasn't all that great of a cleaning job. Shelves were cleaned nicely but tub still had ring around it. Some things she did well and other things she didn't do such a great job. She finished in 3 hours. I thought that was a little fast and that made the cost at $25/hour. I've had my whole house done before by cleaning services and they did a much more thorough job. But I prefer to have just one person cleaning rather than 4-5 people in the house at once.

Jackie cleans every other week. I always try to plan my social events after her cleaning day because that is when my house looks its best. She cleans the house from top to bottom.

Jackie works alone, which is very important to us. She is extremely dependable and always returns our phone calls. Her work is thorough, and we've never been disappointed. She also gets along very well with our pets!
