+ -1 moreWE HAVE A VERY NICE HOME AT AN OUTSTANDING COST AS COMPARED TO MARKET PRICES TODAY. MR. RENK IS SINCERE AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE HAS VERY GOOD SUB-CONTRACTORS THAT DATE BACK TO RELATIONSHIPS ESTABLISHED BY BUSINESSES BUILT BY HIS FATHER AND GRANDFATHER, AND THE QUALITY OF OUR HOME IS EXCELLENT. ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY IS YOUNG, AND A LACK OF OFFICE/EXPEDITING STAFF MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO KEEP IN CONTACT, OUR HOME WAS STILL COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME WITH ALL ISSUES ADDRESSED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY CONTACT GENERATION BUILDERS AGAIN.
