 + -1 moreThey are really good and nice guys. They are clean and present themselves very well. They tell you basically what needs to be done and do it. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. They came back the next day and fixed one problem that we had. They are very responsive and punctual.
Description of Work: Dave Burns Plumbers Inc did our bathrooms and redid all our plumbing pipes.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreI called a building inspecting who informed that I needed an electrician anyways. If I would have known, I just would have opted for the electrical water heater. Now I would like to wait 2 days, to see how the old equipment is going fit in the space. He is refusing to wait and is threading immediate legal action. He stated he does this all the time.
Description of Work: I used them to install a new water heater. I originally wanted electric water because that is what I already had. He told me that I would need an electrician to install a new electric water heater, so I opted to go with a gas water heater. When he was finished installing the new gas water heater, I noticed the other equipment did not fit in the space. He told that this was not his problem and he demanded payment.
