Garrett and his team are very meticulous - they truly care about the craftsmanship of their work. Project took quite a bit longer than I expected, but it was because he was very cautious about working around potentially bad weather. His crew is also small, so they needed to split the project up into sections with multiple pours. Some customers might find this frustrating, but the end result was definitely worth the wait. Pricing was also very good compared to 3 other quotes we obtained. Our driveway is quite large which is why the amount is substantial.
The stamped, colored concrete turned out awesome. Garrett has a good eye for color and effect and was able to stain the concrete in a way that tied in the color of our home including the accent trim color. Sealer makes the concrete a bit slippery when wet, so I would not recommend this treatment for a driveway, but it is great for a patio.
Front driveway also turned out great. Poured the concrete a bit thicker than quoted for no extra charge. Used rebar vs just a wire mesh as most of our other quotes included. Put in a high number of expansion joints to minimize cracking. Did a very nice job with the broom finish and picture framing technique on each section. Included a concrete sealer.
Crew cleaned up every day and after the project. Overall - great job. I will use Garrett again for a front porch project over at my father's house.
