Great job at a great price. Pool looks very good now.
Will use their services in the future as well.
Some of my favorites from John:
and quot;Yes, I did say I was
going to come back, but I am stuck in Illinois dealing with bigger issues. All
service disclaimers are on my website.and quot;
and quot;I train pool builders across the country on how
to properly install pool equipment, and I represent an international
manufacturer.
Thanks for all of your support I hope someone takes money from you in the
future.and quot;
"While it is true I rescheduled a return service trip (extra charge, additional invoice) due to workload, it is also true that [member name removed] disputed his entire bill through Paypal (even though the service was complete). So now he will get a refund on all the additional chemicals in the water and the service provided. He has continued to harass me through voicemail and email, and he is getting free service and chemicals. He also accused me of stealing parts he never had on his pool. He knows that he is not just in disputing his bill, admitted to knowing that he would have to pay an additional invoice. I continually asked for him to stop the harassing emails, yet he continued to personally attack and insult me. Speaks to his character"
