+ -1 moreWE WERE CONTACTED BY THE APPRAISER VERY QUICKLY AFTER MEETING WITH OUR BANKER. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN A DAY. THE APPRAISER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. HE TOOK DOWN MANY DETAILS ABOUT OUR HOUSE AND ALL OF ITS FEATURES. WITHIN A FEW DAYS WE WERE CONTACTED BY THE BANK THAT OUR APPRAISAL WAS RECEIVED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE REPORT AND FEEL THAT THE VALUE WAS WELL DOCUMENTED AND JUSTIFIED.
Description of Work: WE HAD A REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL OF OUR HOUSE DONE FOR MORTGAGE PURPOSES. THE APPRAISER DID AN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR INSPECTION OF OUR HOME.
