Property Appraisal
WE WERE CONTACTED BY THE APPRAISER VERY QUICKLY AFTER MEETING WITH OUR BANKER. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN A DAY. THE APPRAISER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. HE TOOK DOWN MANY DETAILS ABOUT OUR HOUSE AND ALL OF ITS FEATURES. WITHIN A FEW DAYS WE WERE CONTACTED BY THE BANK THAT OUR APPRAISAL WAS RECEIVED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE REPORT AND FEEL THAT THE VALUE WAS WELL DOCUMENTED AND JUSTIFIED.
