National Door has been very responsive and they have come out to the house on the same day, usually within a few hours, of our call. The technician that has been here was professional and was clear about what the charges would be before the work was performed. The work was performed quickly and with no damage to my house or garage. I was especially impressed that I was not charged for realigning the pulley on the first door (May 2009) since it was my fault. It was a really quick repair but I was expecting to have to pay at least a trip fee or something.
