Very Well

First of all, I want to say we were not in a hurry to get this done.  Work on the bathroom was delayed by a  month due to another big job Jim had involving window installation (that was delayed by weather).  Usually I called Jim to see how things were going and when they could start working our our bathroom.  When they began it was a professional job from start to finish - it took about a week as Jim stated at the beginning. They layed down cloth to cover our wood floors and carpeting. Plumbers, etc. came on the day and time they were due to complete their task.  There was more dust than I expected (it was hard to limit the dust from tile removal since we had an open stair-way). We were very pleased with the work provided by Home Specialists.  I never worked with a contractor before and Jim was very helpful with regards to explaining the steps in a bathroom remodel, answering my questions and laying out the costs.

We were very satisfied with the crew and the work completed. This was the second time we used Home Specialists for window replacement. They did quality, thorough work and made sure we satisfied with the job. The owner followed up immediately to check on the completed work as well.
