Very DISSATISFIED with overall cleanings. We Tried Christal Clean, monthly, for several months. This company did not provide one thorough cleaning to date, Can tell they cut corners; they do poor job on surfaces; partially cleaned counters greasy/smeared stainless steel/stovetop, mirrors left with a film. They continually miss areas (including toilet bowls & caked-on scum on our teenage son's bathtub (I found when cleaning for guests). Gave last chance today, Owner Chris came as part of the crew today. I came home to the kitchen floor poorly cleaned (missed?), with grit/debris under cabinets, stools, and right in the middle of the hall! Owner claims her gal mopped. I swiped a damp paper towel on floor and came up with dirt/debris. Fail.

Met with provider a couple weeks prior to get a quote and learn about services. We liked Chris's professionalism, as well as the price, so we accepted the quote. Initial cleaning was on 8/14/15. Chris and her team arrived on time, were all very friendly, and worked hard. They did a great job with the cleaning, with a lot of attention to detail. Might still be our honeymoon period, but my wife and I both feel we made a good decision and would recommend Christal Clean to others.

2 people spent approx. 1.75 hrs. And did fine job. Used approx. 6 times until I retired. Were pleasant and would use again.

They are nice and professional, but the quality of their work just didn't live up to the attention to detail that I've become accustomed to with other cleaning services. The price is pretty good though, so I guess you do get what you pay for.
