About us

We are a full service maintenance service. We complete that "honey do list" that our honeys can't get to. Our handyman service fix and install windows and doors, seasonal maintenance including deck refurbishing. We remodel basements, kitchens bathrooms. Our cleaning service includes weekly-biweekly, move out and help organizing. We also have a Senior Personal Assistant on staff. We help those in need stay independent.

Wonderfully, I stayed for a bit while they got started, and then they told me to go and do something fun while they worked. When I got home my house looked wonderful. I am currently not working, so I don't have extra money to pay someone to clean my house. But if I were going to have someone I would seriously consider using Troll Home Maintenance.

I have my house on the market and discussed a bi-weekly cleaning with Trudy while my house was being shown. I also want to include a move out cleaning when the time comes. Today was the first cleaning and two people arrived. They did a very thorough cleaning and the house is immaculate. I almost hate to see the cleaning service end when I finally sell my house. Maybe I can talk her into coming to my new house? I am certainly going to try. I absolutely love coming home to a clean house!

Trudy came over a few days before the cleaning to look at my house and figure out what supplies she needed to bring. She arrived a few minutes after the scheduled appointment, but it wasn't a big deal. She got to work and I left to run errands. I returned right around the 3 hour mark and she hadn't quite finished up. She stayed overtime to finish the house. It was great. After she left, I just sat and enjoyed my clean house.
