We bought the house just over 2 years ago and decided it was time to change the colors of the house. We obtained an estimate from Andersen Painting. We did not have to be home for the estimate since it was all exterior painting. The estimate included all materials; the company uses Sherwin Williams paints. We selected 3 colors (wall, trim, and accent) and gave Kirk the colors and where each color should be applied. He asked us what type of finish we wanted (flat, satin, etc.) and they purchased the paint. Kirk's brother and son were the main painters on our house. They were excellent to work with because they asked questions, gave recommendations (but were not pushy), and really cared about the details. Since it was an exterior job, we did not have to be home, but I go home for lunch so I was able to chat with them everyday. The job took about 9 weekdays, there were a couple of rainy days, but they were able to paint the shutters and sliding porch door on those days. We are very happy with the results. We have had compliments on the house by each next door neighbor, and others in the neighborhood. One of our next door neighbors asked for the phone number because they need their exterior trim painted. We would definitely use Andersen painting again and would recommend them to anyone.
