I am fully insured, fully licensed, and also, am a Lead Safe Renovator My billing procedure is typically 1/2 down at contract signing and remainder after final walk through. After checking around, we picked Eric Thompson as our contractor. He worked with us and was very helpful to keep the budget reasonable. Eric Thompson was key in design, always on time, and he organized skilled subcontractors. His work was outstanding. The job was done on time, without major disruptions, and little noise. The result is a new guest/children bathroom that’s just what we wanted. We highly recommend E Thompson Carpentry without reservation.
Description of Work
Our second bathroom was completely remodel. The dated 70’s room was completely gutted to the studs, old tile and subfloor removed, the ceiling realigned, new electric added, drywalled, new porcelain tile installed surrounding the bath and on the floor, and cabinets added with a custom quartz 2-sink counter.

In over 30 years of home ownership, we have worked with a variety of contractors and other specialists. We can say that Eric Thompson (ETCarpentry) ranks at the top in terms of his workmanship, dependability, and ingenuity. Our experience was the same as the testimonials found on his website, www.etcarpentry.com. Eric was the contractor for a bedroom renovation and bathroom installation. He was also the general contractor who used a set of sub-contractors that he identified, selected, and managed. He made sure that the sub-contractors met his exacting standards in terms of timeliness and work quality. We would recommend ETCarpentry without reservation and are employing him for future projects.
