Great.  Electrician took the initiative to trouble shoot the remote and remote receiver.  Very friendly, explained what he was doing, and was careful to not track in dirt - used covers for his shoes.  A lot of trades people are very knowledgeable and know their stuff.  The problem usually is some lack "customer service" skills.

Worked solid for about 5.5 hours and had to use some parts.  Happy with service.

Everything went well - very satisfactory! He did good work and was helpful - nice person.

I gave Mike Eichorst a list of items I'd like done. He said the Angie's List coupon with which I had hired him was for two hours of labor only, and that they would bill for any material used. OK, so then the list came down to installing a sconce with an outlet in the wall below. He said it would require work within the attic and that the work could not be done until the weather, and therefore attic, cooled down. OK, so it cools down two months later; I call back, Mike sends one of his employees who says the job is not possible because of the way the attic is laid out (Mike had looked up in the attic as well and had not seen a problem). So the employee says Mike will reimburse me, and fixed a couple of wall outlets that weren't working right--easy, straightforward rewires which took less than a half hour to do. I never heard from them again. So I was out any remainder of the Angie's coupon, the $200 estimate, and the price of the sconce.

I paid extra for the parts that they installed. They did a great job. They were professional. I didn't have any issues.

Took down an existing fan in Master Bedroom and installed it in guest bedroom after removing an existing light fixture.

Installed a new fan in master bedroom.

Installer came at the agreed upon time with motion-sensor light. He removed my old light and installed the new one. He adjusted it until I was happy with it.

Bought an Angie's List Deal that included an inspection of my home's electrical and a fixed number of hours for work and repairs. Mike Eichorst came out and spent over an hour looking at every aspect of my home's electrical system and wiring. He answered all questions and provided detailed estimates for both work that needed to be done and work that I wanted done. The estimates required way more hours than I had through the deal I had bought but Mike offered very reasonable rates for those extra hours. I had new outlets put in, lines added, outlets and switches replaced, and a new floodlight fixture to illuminate the backyard was installed. I was amazed at Mike's ability to run new lines into the existing walls without having to make a mess or knock big holes in the plaster. A true Master Electrician. All the work was completed in a couple of days and I am highly satisfied with the work and materials.

This turned out to be a great deal for us. Our new house has new wiring. They came back twice and were able to find an obscure wiring issue in the garage.

We also ended up having an issue with outdoor electrical sockets and they came and took care of that.

E and S Electric worked pretty well. They were pretty straightforward. They were easy to deal with and told me what it was and what needed to happen.

I had them fix a bathroom heating unit. They had to come out twice to fix it. They thought they had it fixed the first time they came out - which it worked for a while, but a few days later they had to come back. They handled everything professionally and took care of the issue beautifully.

I would highly recommend E and S Electric and will have them back. Great guys that stuck to their word, cleaned up after themselves and did not find 1 million things that suddenly needed fixing!
I hope the other things I need to get done, are done by contractors with the integrity that E and S Electric possesses.

E and S responded to my phone call promptly and came initially to my home to estimate the service I needed. Then we scheduled the work. The electrician was easy to work with and accommodated all my requests - good listener and excellent follow through. We made some changes off the original estimate and he was very helpful making suggestions so the work had the outcome I desired. He installed ten new fixtures including under counter kitchen lighting, overhead lighting in new locations, as well as installing new fixtures to replace the old. I am very pleased with all the work and happy to recommend E and S to others. I look forward to using E and S for my future electrical needs.

As I said, it was a waste of money. I had an electrical problem which he could not answer but would get the answer and get back to me. Never did contact me.

The electrician was on-time and completed the job efficiently. However, the person with whom I spoke on the phone tried to make the job sound much larger than it was. They suggested that it would take more than the allotted 2 hours when in fact it took barely over 1 hour, as though they were trying to pad their labor costs.

He did a good job. But, one of the fans had a clicking sound after it was installed and it turned out that the wires hadn't been put out of the way and the blade is hitting a wire so that was the only problem. He was pleasant and was willing to accommodate my schedule even though he is from out of town. He was flexible about working at a time where he would be able to do it.

I did read the fine print however, and understood ahead of time that my install would cost more because it was a new installation, versus just replacing a fan.
Mike came out and gave me estimates for several options, with the understanding that it would cost more, and that he'd apply the discount to whatever option I chose.
Due to mitigating circumstances, I had to keep delaying the install so was able not able to utilize the service until long after ( 6 months) the expiration date (Sept 5, 2012), but Mike honored the discount anyway.
We played phone tag after the initial estimate, trying to set up a date, and then I somehow forgot about the install date and wasn't home, and then we played some more phone tag. When we were finally able to coordinate our schedules, his rep showed up on time, and got right to work. He was very professional and friendly and completed his work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. The fan works beautifully and looks to be solid and stable. He had to punch a couple of holes in the wall for the wiring, but he was conscientious about where he punched the holes, so that it wasn't horribly obvious. He showed me the discs and set them carefully aside should I need them. He made sure I knew how to use the fan (not too difficult...), and showed me where he left the instructions and fan warrany.
I was not an easy customer, especially with the scheduling, but Mike and his staff remained very professional and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I really appreciated that.

The work was done on time with terriffic feedback as to what could be done in the future and whyl The team was very helpful. Doene on time and within cost range.

Performed the services expected. Toured the house, made notes, discussed the situation with me, and gave me a written evaluation.
