It went well in terms of completing the work. Getting an estimate in writing took a couple of days and a followup call. Our scheduled date slipped a couple of times due to larger jobs and weather; phone calls from the company with a new anticipated date were not always returned as promptly as we would have liked. For the actual work, the company came well prepared and was careful about cleanup and was thoughtful about reworking the flashings to reduce the possibility of further problems and minimize damage to existing chimney stucco. They were fast workers and volunteered to do the thankless job of removing and replacing the wet insulation in a hot cramped attic space, something not of the other estimates volunteered to assist with.
