It was a great experience Randy came out and measured our house. he was very knowledgeable, and took into consideration of how our home sits on the hillside. He was the only one out of three company I had come look that knew right away not to put a drain for the gutters on the west side of our house since it would drain into the driveway and cause problems in the spring. They came and placed the gutters on a day while I was sleeping (I work overnights) and I barely even heard them!
I plan on hiring them again when we replace the wood siding on our house.

It want very poorly

When Randy came out for the estimate he took pictures of my house and then used his computer software to simulate what the house would look like. This was helpful, but what we found most helpful was getting actual pieces of the siding and temporarily attaching it to the house. We took a long time making our decision on the final color scheme, and Randy was very patient.
He was at our place for hours and did a very thorough estimate (this was a big project). Before leaving he left me with the completed estimate with all the numbers.
The project went great. I was always kept informed of the schedule. The crew that worked on my house were real pros. They were friendly and courteous. I was comfortable with giving them the keys to the house, so to speak.
Whenever a decision was needed as to "which option I would like" where there was more than one way to approach the project, the crew consulted with me, explained the options, and gave their recommendations. For example, my garage door remote entry (on the outside of my garage) had to be removed before the area was sided. Before re-installing it they asked if I wanted it in the same place because they noticed that it was mounted a little high. Another example: when they were about to side the part of my house where the phone line came in they noticed that the wire was brittle and the insulation was cracked. So, they sent me to town and I purchased new wire and they installed the new wire (including hooking it up inside the house at the phone jack) before covering the area with siding. These are a couple of examples of how detailed and professional this crew was. They exceeded my expectations.

Cleanup was good, although it was tough to be completely thorough due to tons of leaves falling as they were working.
This was not a cheap project. But, did I get what I paid for? Absolutely.

I had gotten a quote for new windows in July of 2011. Randy came out, measured for new windows and explained their products in detail. Within a few days I received a quote that was very comparable to other quotes I had received. In February of 2012 I decided to go ahead with the project. I called Randy and he came out within a day or two to re-measure and discuss what my plans were. I signed the contract, asking for a quote on replacing my old gutters too.The next day he came to measure with the installer. There was not a single bit of pressure to sign anything or pushy sales techniques. He explained how the windows would be replaced and background on the installers. The quote for the gutters was also very reasonable so I gave the go-ahead on that as well.

They installed the gutters a couple weeks prior to the windows and did a fabulous job. You can hardly tell there are gutters on my house. Best of all they work wonderfully and the installers eliminated three of the downspout making the lines of the house much cleaner looking. The first big rain we got I stood outside and listened to the water running thru the gutters. They worked like a dream.

I have a smaller dog that is very active and friendly. The installer is a dog person, he took time to greet my dog and get to know him by name. A few weeks later when they came to install, he called my dog by name and seemed genuinely happy to spend a few minutes with him. The installers did a wonderful job, they were timely and willing to explain when I stopped in during the middle of the day to see progress.

When I got home the second night, I had to stand outside and admire my patio door because they had done such a wonderful job wrapping the brickmold. The windows work well and have improved not only the exterior but the interior look of the house. I went from old casements to doublehungs. I can't wait to see the savings next winter because I have triple pane, Low E windows that actually shut tight.
