I hired Troy Henning for my first rehab house and have had him every since. The first one was a lake home that was only partially complete. He finished off the second story with two bedrooms and a bath. This included paint, drywall, insulation electric and plumbing. On the first floor he tore out and replaced the kitchen entirely. This included drywall, paint, hanging cupboards, countertops, light fixtures, ceramic tile floors and wood floors. He showed up on time every day and finished this major project in 6 months. He works alone and is very good at it. The other 4 homes that I have purchased required much of the same type of work. He has done it all for me. His rates are very reasonable, usually requiring 30% of the bid up front. He cleans up after himself. He provides all of his own tools and occasionally another person to help him with a two person job. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking to remodel all or part of their homes. He has also done some deck work for other customers that I know of. Thanks to Troy, I made money on all of my rehab houses.
