 + 11 moreI hired Troy Henning for my first rehab house and have had him every since. The first one was a lake home that was only partially complete. He finished off the second story with two bedrooms and a bath. This included paint, drywall, insulation electric and plumbing. On the first floor he tore out and replaced the kitchen entirely. This included drywall, paint, hanging cupboards, countertops, light fixtures, ceramic tile floors and wood floors. He showed up on time every day and finished this major project in 6 months. He works alone and is very good at it. The other 4 homes that I have purchased required much of the same type of work. He has done it all for me. His rates are very reasonable, usually requiring 30% of the bid up front. He cleans up after himself. He provides all of his own tools and occasionally another person to help him with a two person job. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking to remodel all or part of their homes. He has also done some deck work for other customers that I know of. Thanks to Troy, I made money on all of my rehab houses.
Description of Work: I purchase homes for fix up and resale. I have purchased 5 in the last three years and I have hired Troy Henning to do the repair work. In most of them it was required to replace the kitchen and bathroom which he specializes in. He gutted the rooms, re-drywalled, taped, painted, hung cupboards, put in tubs, showers, stools, sinks, countertops, cabinets and everything that goes with kitchen and baths. This included the plumbing and electrical work. He has also done some insulation, built new rooms, pressure washing, small roofing jobs and wood flooring. He travels in a 50 mile radius to do the work. All work was done in a timely manner, with excellent results. The work was very professional.
