Paid him over 12k for a job he said would take 6 weeks. It has been over 6 months and only completed some stairs to the camper. Has lied saying work has been completed. Still owes us over 9k and refused to pay us back. We now will be taking him to court. The picture provided is proof of his lies. I have him texting me saying he completed painting the roof. Well you can see he did not.

Gerald had worked on my mobile home for over two years from 2016 to 2018. He did honest and decent work. He had made some mistakes that cost me some money later, but all consider Gerlad did good work. He had remodeled mobile home from insulation in the crawling space to a completely new kitchen and bathroom. The one thing that bothered me while he was on the job, he never kept time up to promise. Altogether I am thankful that he took care of my home.
