The owner is Frank Richards. The work they did was absolutely superb. Honestly we went to New York on a vacation and just let them run the house. They were absolutely trustworthy. The people who they sub contracted like the electrician and plumbers were always there and our home was completely safe. They were completely perceptional and perfectionists. If they said that they would be here by 12.30pm or 12.32pm, then they would be here by 12.31pm. If they were late or stuck in traffic then they would inform me and that is very rare. They were good all around. The owner’s eldest daughter also is a worker n the company. She took care of the whole project and it was top.
