Troy was incredible to work with! He listened to what we wanted and made sure it happened on time and within the quoted price. He was always on time and kept us updated. He insisted that everything was perfect and cleaned up everything every step of the way including removing all of the old windows. Very highly recommended! Will definitely call him again for future projects.

This was a particularly difficult install because my home is a manufactured home, which means framing, siding, insulation and walls are not conventional (to say the least). Troy's installation was perfect in every way. When he left there wasn't a spot of dust or debris anywhere and the oak trim really enhanced the windows. Because of the excellence I saw in this work, I have since hired him to install a steel entry door and lockset for the basement (again he included beautiful trim work), and build a deck and 15 ft of stairway to my front door. All were done with beautiful craftsmanship, consideration of budget, and friendliness.

I have used T. Ludwig for whole house window installation which was awesome; then again for a front steel door installation. His specialty is not just quality installation but also the final trim work that makes a good job a beautiful job. My front stairs were a 24 year old DYI disaster, so when the budget allowed I contacted Troy for an estimate for replacement stairs. He made sure he knew what I wanted and could afford, then we set a date for install. Neither of us had any idea how bad the rocks were under a thin layer of dirt. At the time I built the house I ran out of money for any finish grading, so we found out that most of the rock excavated for construction were sitting in the exact spot where the stairs would go. I felt so bad about the extra work required just to dig 2 holes, but he just kept on going until the hundreds of pounds of rock/stones were dug out. Once he had the posts set, the problem in matching the new to the old decking was tough because the original had sagged a bit (after 24 years I guess everything sags!), but the finished product is dead-on perfectly level. And the 15 stairs are straight and strong, and the landing is exactly where I hoped it would be. 2 1/2 days of extreme labor resulted in a beautiful entry to my house for the first time ever.

He told me when he would be there. He came exactly on time. He worked quickly and did a really good job. He cleaned up after himself. He took the old windows away. He just did a good job for us.

Have used T. Ludwig twice now and have been 100% happy both times:

1. Two years ago I had a whole house window installation done by T. Ludwig. One man on a mission to do quality work at a great price! This was a difficult install because the house is a 24 year old manufactured home, but the results made the house look like a real quality home! The trim work, which is just as important as the actual install, is beautiful!

2. Needed a new lower entry door installed so I called T. Ludwig back. The original doorway was a mess! Not only did he install the door and lockset, but repaired and reinforced the entire entryway. Again, a quality job for a very reasonable price.
