They didn't even know how to get into the computer! I called repeatedly getting different kids each time, who hadn't a clue about what was going on, let alone about my individual laptop. I even had to stop back into their shop to try to get straight answers and a more prompt response. After they had my laptop for ONE MONTH they told me they didn't even want to open it up!!! After I had even told them what the Apple Store diagnosis of my computer was - replace the hard drive! Bad service, unprofessional, and misleading when asked direct questions. Do use them for anything!!
