 + -1 moreWhile on the phone she asked what my husband's name was. When I told them, she said they will not do business with my husband and hung up on me. The receptionist was unprofessional.
Description of Work: I had them over to my house one other time to fix my screen and I paid them that day. I have never called them since then. The bolt on my door recently broke. I tried to reach out to have someone change the lock for me. I called them. I have never had any issue with them before. I asked if they had anyone to replace the lock on my front door and provide an estimate.
