I made contact with Jared in the morning and he said that he had a pretty full day but might be able to work my job in over lunch. He said he would keep me posted as the morning went along. Sure enough he called me back around 10:30 and said he could swing over in about an hour. He arrived as he promised and sorted things out. He said my pump was on its last breath and the drain was a plugged. (my daughter threw in some nasty rabbit cage blanket you can only imagine!). He pulled out the gunk and about 10 bucks in spare change, a dozen guitar picks and an old non-valuable necklace! Jared gave me the choice about installing a new pump or not and I decided to go with a new pump since we had it all apart and it was an old machine (12 years). He grabbed a new pump at a supply house and had me up and running. Jared is a super nice guy, easy to talk with, good communication, honest, no pressure and he did a great job. Left the basement clean, my washer running like it should and I was really pleased that he worked me into the day last-minute. I also thought the price for parts and labor was absolutely reasonable.
