+ -1 moreWhen the kit arrived, it was a telephone modem and a phone number. We called and they informed us that they only do internet through the phone lines and that they took the liberties of setting us up with a phone number and home phone service which we did NOT want. We cancelled the service and they won't take back their modem. Also, we keep getting phone calls to schedule the set up of our new home phone service, again... which we DID NOT want.
Description of Work: We called to set up internet service in our new home. We asked if they had a service that would not require a telephone line. The woman on the phone assured us they did. So, we set up "self installation" and they sent us the kit.
