Davis Carpentry

It went terrible the project didn't start till 3 weeks after it was suppose to and the general didn't pull the permits he was suppose to. Tried to over charge by $13000 for a poured basement so I got my own guy to do that. Building went up very slowly due to the contractor ordering the wrong floor trusses. Did not ever get a delivery that was correct because of aspects the contractor missed when giving me the materials list. Got to setting the trusses and ordered those wrong twice. Delaying the project another week while Mr davis continued to draw a biweekly pay check. Quality of work was good if he showed up for work. By April of 08 we had to ask mr davis not to come to work any more because he came back and asked for an additional 11000 dollars to finish the work he had started and had yet to finish, but had quoted in his original price. he also installed a 9000 dollar hickory floor that is totally destroyed and is going to have to be redone in the near future but he said he had laid a lot of them using elmers glue.
