I recently have had furnace issues. I arrived to my home to find less than 5% of my tank remaining. I made a call to Ritchie to explain that my tank was less than 5%. I also explained that I would be leaving that day. My home is roughly 25 miles away from one of the Ritchie satellite locations. The office rerouted the local guy so that they would fill my tank. They were onsite within 2 hours. What a great company and wonderful customer service!
