 + -1 moreI recently have had furnace issues. I arrived to my home to find less than 5% of my tank remaining. I made a call to Ritchie to explain that my tank was less than 5%. I also explained that I would be leaving that day. My home is roughly 25 miles away from one of the Ritchie satellite locations. The office rerouted the local guy so that they would fill my tank. They were onsite within 2 hours. What a great company and wonderful customer service!
Description of Work: Ritchie is the local propane provider that I rent my propane tank from. I usually do a pre-buy on propane and call when my tank is 15% remaining. This is a 2nd home.

Description of Work: Ritchie oil and propane was wonderful they helped me from start to finish with my new home. I purchased a 500 gal. Lp tank and had it filled. I called every service provider and asked a lot of people for recommendations and they always have the cheapest prices with the best service around everyone tells me. They recently completed installing my tank and filling it up. They were wonderful for timeliness and cleanliness.
