Lakeland Roofing

Our home on Tomahawk Lake was re-roofed by Lakeland Roofing 15 months ago. Prior to that I had Brad inspect my chimney as I was concerned about the flashing and need for Tuckpointing. He agreed he would take care of that. I also had them look at a skylight that I thought should probably be replaced. Again, Brad looked at the skylight and felt it was in excellent condition and recommended It be left in place. After the job there were nails everywhere on our deck and on our driveway. Three months ago I noticed a shingle loose and contacted Brad who said he would come out and fix it. Despite multiple messages to both Brad and Todd , they have failed to come out to take care of this. I have now contacted different Roofer, who will take care of the shingle. He also inspected the chimney and flashing and felt it should be flashed and tuck pointed when he will do. He also inspected the skylight and felt it was old and should be replaced and he will do that. He noticed that the ridge vent Was very irregular and not done properly. He will redo the Ridge vent and also place screening underneath to prevent intrusion by squirrels. We are very dissatisfied with the job that was done and lack of follow up and would definitely not recommend Lakeland Roofing.

Brad returned call after work, came out within one hour to assess problem, found a small through and through damage to a single shingle causing a minor leak into the garage. Since I had leftover shingles from original roof, he repaired it on the spot. Glad to have the leak solved, all within hours of my call! Brad was very responsive, pleasant demeanor. I would hesitate to recommend a whole roof job, based on this brief interaction, but I can speak highly of his responsiveness, diagnostic skill and efficiency getting this minor job done. Thanks.

Call back was within 48 hours and arranged inspection (as stated he came out in the interminable rain). He found the faulty installation and fixed it on the next dry day. Also called back to check success!! I recommend heartily. jss

We called and they came over and did the estimate. They did a very good job. Cleaned up everything. Did it in one day.

Again would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. I called them for an estimate and Brad came out to our home within 3 days to give us a quote. We accepted the quote and Lakeland Roofing did the work within about 3 weeks, exactly when they said they were going to. I would recommend them to anyone. They do quality work and do it in a timely manner.
