I initially was planning on replacing the water softener but Bob Beer suggested installing an iron filter first based on a water sample. Bob was great to work with. Very helpful, very responsive, very communicative.

I called Bob on a Tuesday and we scheduled Friday morning for the install. While on the phone I was able to give him a relatively accurate description of the current gas line configuration and the routing and distance involved and he gave me a rough estimate, which was reasonable. He arrived promptly Friday morning as scheduled. The work went smoothly, was done neatly and Bob did a thorough clean up. There were no surprises and the charges were the same as the estimate. Bob was courteous and professional. I will definitely call him back for future work.
