 + -1 moreIn my case, he put a cheaper material on the roof. Besides substituting a cheaper membrane, he did not properly put on the membrane to my roof. He did not get enough materials, so half of my roof is unfinished.
Description of Work: I paid him 2300 down; he was suppose to put a new roofing membrane on my home.
